On June 13, 2025, the TEMS project (Trusted European Media Data Space) once again took part in Vivatech, the must-attend event for technological innovation in Europe. The TEMS team presented its pioneering vision of a trustworthy and transparent European Media Data Space.
Hosted at the heart of the French-German tech lab’s booth, TEMS unveiled its groundbreaking media data sharing infrastructure, which promises to radically transform how media data circulates across Europe.
Véronique Demilly, a member of the TEMS strategic committee , had the opportunity to pitch the project to a panel of investors. In just two minutes, she outlined TEMS’s value proposition and issued a compelling call to the media sector:
“Don’t just survive the digital era—thrive with TEMS. Join the revolution that supports media pluralism, cultural diversity, and sustainable innovation in Europe. The future of media is collaborative. The future is TEMS. Are you ready to turn your data into your most valuable asset?”
Marc-Antoine Arnaud, CEO of Lum::Invent, presented the French-language subtitle marketplace—the first use case developed for the TAMIS offering—designed for the audiovisual production ecosystem.
Other pilot projects were also showcased throughout the day, demonstrating how TEMS adapts to the specific needs of each media sub-sector.
As challenges related to disinformation and the fragmentation of the European media landscape become increasingly urgent, the innovations presented by TEMS at Vivatech 2025 offer promising prospects for the future of media in Europe. The project is continuing its momentum, with the ambition to become the benchmark for reliability and transparency in data exchange by 2027.
