Aiming to enhance the connection and coordination between ongoing work by national hubs, sectoral ecosystems, and “Qualified” and “Lighthouse” projects, the Gaia-X AISBL Data Spaces Business Committee held its second in-person meeting in the picturesque city of Porto, Portugal.
TEMS, represented by France Télévisions, was a focal point of conversation and networking among participants, particularly those in the media sector. Attendees shared updates on new technologies, endorsed Clearing House services, and presentations on technology choices from data spaces initiatives.
Gaia-X’s objective is “to define a federated system that interconnects multiple providers and users of cloud computing services in a transparent environment capable of boosting the European data economy, with a focus on defining a trusted platform that ensures all users effective sovereignty over their data.”
